We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment system guidelines. The OffiPay mobile app does not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking. Our website (offipay.in) uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not serve advertising or share data with ad networks.

By downloading, installing, or using the OffiPay application (“App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. OffiPay Technologies Private Limited (“OffiPay”, “we”, “us”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice.
To use OffiPay, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a citizen or resident of India; (c) possess a valid, active Indian mobile number registered with your bank; and (d) have a bank account enabled for UPI payments. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.
OffiPay provides an Android mobile application enabling users to make and receive UPI-based payments via NPCI's UPI 123Pay infrastructure, without requiring a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. The service includes UPI transfers, QR code payments, and transaction history. OffiPay is a payment interface and does not hold, store, or transmit funds on your behalf — all settlements occur between your bank and the recipient's bank via NPCI's UPI network.
UPI 123Pay transactions are subject to a limit of ₹10,000 per transaction as set by NPCI (subject to periodic revision by NPCI/RBI). Daily and monthly limits may also apply as determined by your linked bank. OffiPay has no control over limits imposed by NPCI, RBI, or your bank.
Users must not: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; use rooted or compromised devices; conduct fraudulent transactions; impersonate another user or entity; or use the App in any way that violates NPCI/RBI guidelines, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, or any applicable Indian law.
OffiPay is currently provided free of charge for individual users. Standard call charges may apply from your telecom operator for UPI 123Pay voice-channel transactions. OffiPay reserves the right to introduce service fees with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice. NPCI and bank charges, if any, are governed by their respective policies.
Failed or disputed UPI transactions are governed by NPCI's dispute resolution framework. For failed transactions, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days to your source bank account. To raise a dispute, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at offipaysupport@gmail.com or call +91 90325 62006. You may also raise disputes directly with your bank or via the NPCI Dispute Redressal Portal.
OffiPay's offline payment functionality depends on the availability of telecom infrastructure (voice networks) and NPCI's UPI 123Pay service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect service. OffiPay is not liable for any payment failures caused by network outages, telecom disruptions, or NPCI/bank downtime.
All content within the OffiPay App and website, including the OffiPay name, logo, UI design, and code, is the intellectual property of OffiPay Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, OffiPay Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (b) loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to disclosure of your PIN or biometric credentials; (c) errors in recipient details entered by you; or (d) delays or failures caused by NPCI, banks, or telecom operators. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the disputed transaction.
OffiPay may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, committed fraud, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or the integrity of the UPI ecosystem. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing offipaysupport@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India. For consumer disputes, NPCI's Ombudsman Scheme for Digital Transactions remains available.
